WHAT WE DO
Teach. Perform. Consult.
Playful, imaginative (add: educational!), Yoga-N-Action performs in and facilitates classes, workshops, and events in and around San Antonio. Movement-based, visual art-connected, we tell stories in performance and lead classes and workshops geared to the young and young and heart. All about empowering, grounding, and building a sense of self and community. Our motto: it’s about the fun of being!
